  Went to Papa Rich for lunch. Food was o.k. Don't try to do the entree - main course thing here, it won't work.

  Brand Smart was once the place to go for bargains, but now it is just like an ordinary shopping centre with only some outlets with reasonably low prices. A couple of food outlets if you need a coffee. Sufficient off street parking at the rear.

  Parking a bit difficult, only a narrow entrance with traffic both ways - slows things down heaps. Good there's plenty of parking out back though.

  Brandsmart as a concept is a good idea. When it comes to clothing sizes and availability It can be hit and miss. Parking can be frustrating as many people congest at the entrance to the car park and hold the traffic up coming from the highway when there is plenty of parking around the back. There is a potential to save money on out of season clothing and odd styles that might not be to everyones taste. Plenty of cookware choices and clean public toilets available. I gave it two stars due to it being small and underwhelming, it's simply not for everyone.

  I used to believe that this was a place of factory direct outlets where you could get a good deal. I don't believe that any more. Sure there's occasionally some bargains on sale, but mostly, it's just like any other shopping mall now and not so great.

  Great range of outlets including converse and sunbeam I always come here to get new shoes and electrical goods. A great variety of other outlets with something for everyone. Car park is always full just a further testament to the quality of shopping to be had by visiting here.

  Some good bargains in the shops for name-brand stuff. Worthwhile if u can make it inside.
