  Store service fine but delivery was missing a mattress and it's been a debacle of 'I'll call you back' and no call backs for 2 weeks now. Each person I speak to is lovely but the actual service delivery, and lack of communication and computerised systems has resulted in a lot of wasted time and still no product.

  Really bad experience, I am a young lady who was finding a new mattress. Fred was really rude, he took his shirt and through on me when I asked if I can get a better price. And when I ask if I can complain, he said it is his private place and asked me to go outside the shop. Never come back to this shop!

  Staff are helpful. Stock is standard vanilla product. Don't pay full price for anything ... there's a discount lurking to close any sale
