  We are just coming from oversea to Melbourne. We don't know much English and don't know how to choose a bed and Mattress! A nice Chinese sale staff help us with all her passion and patience to get the right Bed and Mattress for us. We are very happy with her service and other friendly staffs in Nunawading Beds n Dreams. Strongly recommend to go to the shop to all my friends. Thanks!

  The staff here helped me immediately find what I was looking for and organised same day delivery (on a Saturday) for a very competitive price. Excellent customer service and an overall good shopping experience, I recommend you look here for your bed/frame/ensemble needs.

  Visited many bed stores today in Nunawading area, beds and dreams was by far the best, we were served by Hayden, he was professional and very helpful. We didn't find this kind of customer service at any of the other 5 stores we visited plus he made a fantastic price for us. Highly recommend.

  I bought a bed suite but had to cancel the purchase and Andrew happily accepted the cancellation. Nothing wrong with the product but I just had to change my mind. Hard to find such a nice, extremely patient and helpful guy. I would love to visit the store to buy or even recommend you.

  I spent ages looking for an affordable, sturdy princess bed for my twin girls and finally found one here that met the budget and still have the full princess experience. I really like the clean, non fussy but pretty feel of the rails and canopy and that it could be easily converted back to a normal bed. In fact the beds were super easy to construct! Our salesman Andrew was very helpful with pricing and options and while there was a mix-up with the deliveries, he and his staff was quick to fix the problem to our satisfaction. I really appreciate that they went above and beyond in making the delivery happen so we didn't have disappointed daughters. Besides feeling like princesses, our girls like to use the canopied bed to play puppet show! Overall, we were very happy with the product and customer service. We've also recommended the bed to others. :-)
