  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. South Pacific Nunawading overcharged me more than $800 after failing to process my membership cancellation (they lost the paperwork somehow). Then when asked to fix the problem, would not refund money, totally unreasonable and unfair. Claimed they had a system in place to record all cancellation bookings etc but their so called "system" failed and I was $800+ out of pocket due to their incompetence. I will never see that money again but the least I can do is warn others to steer WELL CLEAR of this gym at all costs.

  I have had outstanding service from the team at South Pacific Health Club in Nunawading. From the moment I joined, all my needs were met, and more! I couldn't be happier with the team and am grateful I have found a place where I feel so comfortable. The Health Club has such a great and positive atmosphere that offers everything I have been looking for. My entire family have joined me at Nunawading Health Club.

  The girl advised rather then cancel my membership which I apparently signed s 30 day notice they would suspend my membership to see if my circumstances would change until Oct, which I didn't consent to in writing. This consent would allow them to charge me after the suspension period.

  I love my gym. Plenty of parking spaces and lots of shops to browse in after your workout and a coffee shop to meet your gym buddies for coffee afterwards. The ladies at reception are always helpful , friendly and welcoming. Each time after I have introduced a friend to join , I have been given 2 weeks free membership. Some people want a lot for nothing. They can always join some other cheap and inferior clubs with no group classes The group instructors are experienced and hardworking. Membership fees are very reasonable , value for money. Only thing is , most members I talked with , would be very happy if the steam room can set up again so we can use it. The highlight of the gym is the sauna/ steam room. It is absolute blissful to sit in the steam room after a hard workout.
