  I would have thought that it would be common courtesy to advise me that when picking up from the store I should make sure that I bring help to get the furniture down a lift and into my car because I would not get any assistance from the store employees due to OHS issues. While I can appreciate that please let your customers know. I took a wasted day off work to pick up the goods now I have to arrange for a courier.

  While I absolutely love the Provincial Home Living Stores I am not happy with the Nunawading store and the Manager's lack of support/advice at the time of making a large purchase of furniture, which I recently did, I told the Manager at the time of purchase that I would I would pick up the 2 x pieces of furniture and a large rug, at a later date.
