  After waiting for almost 4 months (more than what they promised!) they brought us a round coffee table instead of a square and a faulty dinner table!!...For the price we paid and the time we waited we could get way better furniture from other stores.

  WORST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Manager Frank is such a condescending person, i'm not to sure where His attitude was from. He yelled and threw attitude at me when I didn't do anything wrong.

  I have just read the previous reviews with some of the same issues mirroring our situation. Adriatic Furniture was our last stop after months of looking for new furniture for our new house in 2016.

  What makes it worse is their customer service and that they keep ignoring our follow ups. Almost 6 months is passed and we don't have our order yet!!! Unbelievable!!!

  Friendly sales staff advised us of different mechanisms used in recliners and available configurations. We ordered two leather couches with full knowledge that it would take 12 to 14 weeks until delivery. They were delived in good condition, on time.

  Adriatic is the WORST company to deal with. We purchased our furniture on 26/6/16 our last piece delivered today 3/2/17 a total of 222 days they are a joke. I always had to call to follow up to see if our furniture had arrived they never EVER made contact with us or even had the decency to apologise for the time it took for our furniture to arrive. We paid for 2 delivery fees when we purchased the furniture after our first delivery was made and our second one was coming they said we needed to for it to be delivered!!! When they delivered our dining room table it had no bolts to assemble, it took 2 weeks for the bolts to arrive when though they said they would deliver the next day .. once again it took several calls on my end to make this happen. When they arrived they were not the correct bolts for our table they we odds and ends they had left over in the truck. My husband asked to see what they were planning to use and the bolts where not even long enough to securely … absolutely disgusting. They had to go back to their truck several times to get bolts long enough we now have odd bolts holding our new table together. We paid to have all our furniture constructed my husband had to put the table together … the legs on our couches were not straight so we had to fix them as well. I normally never write reviews but have in this instance to warn people of our terrible experience.

  Yes, there is a long lead time for delivery but you purchase knowing that. Adriatic Furniture had what we wanted at a good price and quality. We will be purchasing more from them in due course.

  I bought a 2 & 3 seater sofa from them in May 2017. Within a couple of weeks, the 3 seater developed a noise every time any one sits. After nearly 2 months and numerous phone calls, they sent a technician who ripped the sofa apart and made structural changes but could not fix the issue. After another 3 months and numerous phone calls and emails, they have taken the sofa to repair it. When I asked for a replacement, they very rudely denied it. They do not care about customers once you've handed them your money. Very bad quality products with lack of service. I should've read reviews on other sites before I bought from them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY.

  Next we ordered two club chairs and a lounge suite, both in fabric with the same lead in time for delivery. Once again delivered on time. Club chairs were correct colour but not the lounge suite. A bit of telephone tag and negotiations sorted out the problem. Excellent discount on the incorrect couch that will be used in another area on delivery of the correct coloured fabric couch.
