  Have purchased both a Hyundai and Jeep from Nunawading over the past 2 years and couldn't be happier with the experience. Beginning with the day of purchase the staff were informative and unlike some other dealerships who can be pushy they left me to myself to make my decision. I get both cars serviced at the respective service department, to this day i am yet to arrive to pay and have a shock at the cost. Great dealership even better people!

  Purchased vehicle, and subsequently had vehicle serviced, by the team at Nunawading Hyundai - both the purchase and service experience were excellent - great price on car, and happy with the service - nice and quick, and again, not overcharged. Highly recommend.

  I will now be putting through an application to VCAT as they are typically wiping there hands clean of it..... money is not the issue here I just want honesty and ownership of the issue/s, good customer service and for others not to have to deal with the same ignorance!

  I had picked up my 2012 D MAX and had it looked over by my mechanic who I have used for the last 14 years, As we all know trust is a massive element with our cars and I certainly trust my mechanic over anyone.

  After paying the agreed price I would assume as a duty of care to the customer, that the car would be in good working order (especially from a used car dealership who is partnered with Hyundai). This obviously wasn’t the case. A further $700+ work completed by my mechanic and it was now up to scratch.

  Our entire experience with Hyundai Nunawading was great but there is one person who stood out way above the rest. Chris Wilsone went beyond the call of duty. Professional, courteous, efficient, interesting to talk to and the reason we ended up buying our car from this dealer! If you want a car and live in Melbourne take a drive out to these guys and insist on Chris, better service you will not receive and he is everything you wouldn't expect from a "car salesman". Thank you Chris for the amazing experience!!!!! A BIG Christmas bonus should be on its way to you!
