  Went to test drive an Alfa Romeo and I received the worst customer service experience from a dealer I have ever received. They tried to bully me into a purchase. The manager was rude and arrogant and gave me no respect as a customer. Feel sorry for the sales rep as he was trying to help me with the sale. However, because I wanted to browse more at other dealerships, the manager made the situation uncomfortable and unnecessary. I ended up buying from another dealer who knows something about customer service. In conclusion, it was shocking!

  Having just bought a new Fiat 500x Cross Plus from Adam and the team, I can say most sincerely that the whole experience from first approach to Drive Away was nothing but caring, honest and most professional. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for either Adam or Peter. Everything was carefully explained, and we were made most welcome each time we visited.
