  Absolutely fantastic staff!!! I got my bike serviced there and I also needed to two bike boxes. Everyone was so helpful and lovely and my bike after the service is running as smooth as ever! Will 100% get my bike serviced there again.

  I have bought my LAST bike from this store. There is a guy there who didn't only give bad service, he went out of his way to be rude and passive aggressive.

  I was trying to support my local stores, but was treated too poorly today, by the same regular staff member who is consistently RUDE, I won't be going back.

  I then drove to Topgear Cycles in Bulleen where they managed to remove and replace the screw in 5 seconds and even gave the casing a wipe down - all for free!

  Hoping the workshop could help me out I went over to Bicycle Superstore. Instead the guy at the workshop simply told me they couldn't do anything and said I needed to buy 4 new brake blocks! It was disappointing to see that I was only worth 30 seconds of his time and that he didn't even attempt to try to remove it himself.

  Went here to fix the pram's wheel. I came uncertainty knowing that they might not have the spare wheels, etc. The staff super nice, only have a look and said "Yes we can fixed this!!" So happy! He is friendly, and I did not have to wait that long to have it fix. Thank you!

  Worst bike shop around! I was changing the brake pads on my bike and noticed that the small screw that keeps the pad in the casing had been rounded out so my Allen key couldn't get it out.

  At first I thought it because I wasn't buying anything from the store, nor did I purchase the bike at Bicycle Superstore which may have been the reason for the lack of customer service. In which I can somewhat understand. However when comparing their staff and service to Topgear Cycles I was incredibly disappointed.
