  I am not sure about you, but I personally am not a big fan of warehouse size pharmacies and they only seem to get bigger. The wait times can be long and the service impersonal.

  Amcal Nunawading is a breath of fresh air since their staff are very knowledgable an personable. On my last couple of visits, I have interacted with the pharmacy owners who live in the area and also work at the store. They always show a genuine interest in me as a customer and offer detailed and specific advice and guidance.

  Called the pharmacy after 11pm in urgent need for baby medicine. Was told that the pharmacy actually closed at 11pm on Sunday's (I had completely lost track of which day it was and was thinking the pharmacy was open till midnight), but the lady was willing to still assist. Given we were about 15 minutes away, she very kindly offered to stay open till 11.30. Got to the pharmacy on time and were served very professionally, despite the fact that the pharmacy was meant to be closed.

  In todays day and age, top notch customer service and genuine client care are rare things indeed and i'm glad it still exists thanks to the Amcal Nunawading team. Highly recommended.

  I normally go to Chemist Warehouse in Doncaster but I think I will start coming here because the price was more or less the same, took 3 minutes to get my script done instead of 30 and the whole place looks so nice and fresh compared to warehouse.

  Never even realized this pharmacy was here until yesterday. Was driving home from work and was stuck in traffic so went in to get a script done. The younger female pharmacist was extremely helpful (sorry - I didn't catch your name).
