  there customer service while purchase was excellent but when product bought, seller doesnt stand responsible atal if the product has any issue and try to blame customer in return. very disappointed.i recommend using paypal for sure while making any soughts of purchase.

  He fixed it by placing the legs at totally out of Marking on sofa, saying you dont need to stick to Marking but any customer will follow instruction first. and that is why bottom of sofa got damaged, now whose mistake is this??????

  Amazing experience, staff was incredibly welcoming and overall, the furniture quality was excellent. Nice place to wander through, great variety of things and the display and arrangement is very organised and open. Will definitely come back here for all my furniture supplies! The manager Kevin was very patient and approachable as was everyone else, so there was a comfortable atmosphere.

  Coming to Refund, you dint offer to refund first but i won the dispute i placed with paypal thats why i was offered refund, later i just closed the dispute from my end cause i just let it go, dint wanted refund and spent extra $20 just incase sofa can be used.
