  Staff are friendly and helpful. Seems smaller / cramped when compared to some other jb's but still has a really lot of options / variety. Plenty of car parking either outside or undercover allowing for a fast shopping visit if you need it. Bus out the front and not a long walk to the train station.

  Alike many JB stores, the range is excellent, the staff know what they're doing and it is well organised with brilliant prices. The staff can seem to be a bit unmovitated, but that being the only drawback is pretty good

  This place has improve alot from its service but still not enough. Staff are always wandering around not doing and knowing anything. While the prices and quality of the items are not top-quality, and it should be judging from the price.

  I am a long time customer of Jb Hi-Fi Nunawading. My suggestion to the store manger is to release Shaun from Telco (the tall heavy "gentle"man) of his duties immediately or perhaps relocate him to the back of store where customer interaction is not required. He is abusive, rude, impolite and irrelevant and perhaps doesn't know what he is talking about. On direct recommendation from Google I returned my Google Pixel XL yesterday to Jb Hi-Fi where I originally bought this device from, and Shaun from Telco very clearly alleged that I may be lying and I may be charged if the phone was found not to be faulty. I stated that I have been through the troubleshooting process with Google in the past 2 weeks and I am here because Google has determined that the handset is faulty and, through Jb Hi-Fi, I can get a replacement. He then asked for proof of purchase. I gave him my proof of purchase with the credit card details redacted. He then accused me of hiding something and deliberately ruining evidence. The receipt is quite clear and has all the information required for processing. I had to then confront him. He also refused to talk to Google rep on the phone specifically wanting to talk to him, saying that he only accepts written communications. Upon forwarding clear email recommendation to replace the phone from Google he refused to replace the handset after which Google arranged a pickup and replace directly. As frustrated as Google rep and I was I am recommending that a proper sales person with a minimum customer service knowledge and attitude to be allocated to this store. The number of times Shaun winked and thumbed up at me was astonishing (he perhaps thinks that I am the same age kid as he is). Very disappointed with this service. The 2 star is only because I like the atmosphere at Jb Hi-Fi Nuna and other members.
